Dr. Lewis & Staff,

I just wanted to thank you for the LASIK surgery that you performed on my eye. It is so nice not to have to wear contacts or glasses. Dr Lewis, Barry and all of the staff gave me a gift of a lifetime, my sight. The girls in the operating room were tremendous. You all are wonderful and I would recommend you to anyone.
